I am extremely disappointed with this app, every time I open it I have to sign into it again! This is extremely irritating, also it takes several times before it even excepts my sign in. Until someone fixes this please go back to using paper coupons.

Very very disappointed- this new app is worthless, I will be going back to a paper list. I loved the old version and used it constantly. I expected much better than this from Wegman's. This is the worst app update I have ever seen. Did anyone test drive this before it was released? Dreadful!

This update is horrible. I have to log in EVERY TIME. The convenience of this app is gone. I'm forced to revert to a paper list... since you are constantly rearranging the store, I'll be forced to wonder aimlessly around the store. Maybe that is your plan. Trust me, with this shopper, it does not lead to more purchases. It leads to me leaving frustrated.

Top rate app

Wegmans went above and beyond with this app. It even puts your shopping list in the order of the items in the store aisles. I love Wegmans. Great app.

Disappointed loyal user

I did the update this past Friday. Ive been trying to log into my account. The app tells me that my password is not correct. Ive requested a reset email and I have not received it yet. Ive been on the phone with customer service who have not been able to send me an email to reset my password. I utilized this app so much. Very disappointed that since update I cannot even log into it

Old release was much better

This app is going down hill. It was much better before. 1. I need check all not just uncheck all 2. I want to copy checked items to a new list 3. I want to sync checked items to another iPhone or iPad 4. I want to see the total number of checked/unchecked items 5. Shopping lists take up too much display space. Poor formatting. Needs to be streamlined. Grocery shopping needs to be quick and simple NOT fancy and fun!

Broken

I have used the wegmans app for years and enjoyed it. The latest iteration of the app now is completely non functional - I cant see any items on my list!

Not working

Since the latest IOS update I cant get the app to work. It will not accept my sign info despite changing my password using the full website Conversation w Wegmans says they updated the app but my app never updated! Sure hope they fix it soon I loved this app and thought it was great really miss using it shopping

I CANNOT FIND ANYTHING IM LOOKING FOR!

Please go back to the old app!! I would give this new app 0 stars if I could! Its taken me 30 min to input my grocery list where it used to be a quick 5-10 min task. You used to be able to make spelling mistakes or a broad idea of what youre looking for but now you have to type in EXACTLY what youre looking for. No spelling mistakes. Also, I keep getting signed out while the old app would stay signed in. PLEASE BRING THE OLD APP BACK!

First App this one is horrible

Please fix this app. The first one worked perfectly and this one I have deleted until you fix it so you can make a list and see the number of items and total price you will pay for what you are buying then. Please fix it.

Frustrating update

List does not count down as items are checked off and pictures of items are much too big.

Awful

Dear Wegmans What have you done, not listened to your customer base, that’s for sure! Did you beta test the latest version of your app and website, I suspect not. Why do I have to constantly have to log in? What can’t I print from the iPad? Why have you removed the options to print a list without photos? What have you done to the search engine, it’s awful. This list could go on and on, but I’m off to Trader Joe’s…

Terrible!!

Bring back the old one! I loved the previous version and it worked flawlessly but this one is a different story. First of all getting logged in was a nightmare and after finally getting in it didnt get any better. I made my list and it showed 8 items but when I got to the store it still showed 8 items at the bottom but only 1 item was actually in my list. Please fix this wegmans, you are better than this.

Help...my app disappeared!

Lost my Wegmans app. Got an email regarding your digital coupons. I clipped the ones I wanted but cant find them. When I checked my phone, the app was not there. I tried to redoownload it from my app library but no success. Please fix the problem asap!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE UPDATE

App logs me out all the time. The prescription refill module is a <bleep> nightmare.

New update

I agree with everyone about the new update. Every single time I open the app I have sign back in again, which is especially annoying because my email address is long and it doesnt even save it/I cant use my fingerprint to sign in. I use this app for my whole shopping list, not just things I get at wegmans, so Im always in it and now I dont want to use it anymore because by the time I log in I forget what I was going to add to my list! Please fix this.

Terrible upgrade

I read the reviews for the app update and since they were overwhelmingly negative I decided not to update yet, but then was forced in order to use the app (WTH?!). I have to agree with the other reviews- I liked the prior version MUCH better. This one is glitchy and cumbersome. I love you Wegmans, but this is NOT an upgrade :(

Sing in needed

Now we have to give our personal info to use the app. Danny, dont require me to sing in to use the app. You already have too much of my personal info. Give me anonymity and Ill give 5.

Bad app update!

I used to love the Wegmans mobile app. However, there are several bugs with the new edition (5.0.1) which I hope will be looked into and resolved soon: 1.) The older version of the app allowed you to save your username and password so that you could quickly access your list and add/edit it quickly, or access it quickly when you arrive at the store. Now, you have to login manually every time. 2.) The last time I was at the store (at the beginning of this week), the app kept popping up the "Looks like youve checked off everything on your list" dialogue box even though I was only halfway through my shopping. Id have to keep hitting "cancel" on clearing that dialogue box in order to go back to my list, and this kept occurring over and over. 3.) The intuitive nature of previous editions when you are creating a list seems to be gone. For example, I needed to put "mucinex" on my list, but the app would not find that product. It was only after (looking up and) typing in "guiafenesin" that I could add the brand-name decongestant to my list. In previous iterations of the app, you could type in brand names of most things and have it populate with options easily. I know Im forgetting a few other items, but these were the most irritating. I hope that Wegmans will address the issues soonest so that the efficiencies of the previous update are restored.
