I always loved this app. It has now started acting up. I deleted items from my list and added others. After I close the app and then come back to it, my deleted items were back on the list and the new additions were gone. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I rebooted my phone. None of this has helped. Wegmans, please fix this! Update: OK back to loving this app. All is fixed…maybe just an iPhone glitch vs app glitch. Unlike some others I dont have to sign in every time I use it and it does sync with all my devices...iPhone, iPad & computer. Wish other grocery store apps were as user friendly.

Every time I go to use the app it needs me to "login". When Im in the store I dont remember my login credentials. This is a grocery store app not a banking app. Im not concerned if someone hacks my grocery list (Im sure no one is interested in it). Get rid of the login expiration!

Have tried several times to load prescription refill feature, but it never loads. A pain cant do online refills via app or mobile browser (which never loads properly formatted rendering it useless)

Great! NFC for loyalty card members (Walgreens does it--just tap at register and they have your card information)! (Cashiers dont have to scan anything--makes lines faster too).

This is very useful in the store since it correctly finds the product location by aisle. The free in store wireless means I am not using cellular data. It also has my Shoppers Club Card. I see other reviews where they have to log in regularly. I used to have this problem, but I have not had it for the last year (iPhone 5C & iPhone6S+).

I love this app as much as I love Wegmans! Now theyve added the ingredients to each product page! Of course there are bugs, with so many different devices out there, thats bound to happen but most of the time this app works better than most I use. I can create my list on my iPad, then pull it up when I get to the store on my phone. I rarely have to log in, it keeps me logged in on both devises. If I dont make it to the store and hubby does, the list is on his phone too. Thank you Wegmans!

I really love this app. I have a large family so managing my grocery budget is important. Heres some suggestions for ways it could be more helpful. 1. It would be nice if the quantities were easier to change. 2. I would like to see the cost estimate on the list as I shop. For example it may list a price per lb but if it is a family value pack it doesnt show how much the product costs, just the price per lb. The same is true when making multiple purchases of the same item. 3. Ability to scan in coupons. 4. Add own recipes so that the ingredients can be added to the shopping list like Wegmans recipes. Nice App! Saves me money!!!

Its great when it works. But so often it wont delete items. Annoying.

This the best food store shopping app that Ive used. I love the fact that you can make your list at home and it tells you if the item is available in the store and what aisle it is in. The list also syncs across any phone that is logged into the same account. We use the app to shop and follow the sorted list aisle by aisle. The one feature I wish it had was synchronizing the checked off items across phones as my wife and I shop together and I would like to know if she has already gotten an item.

I use this app a lot. Makes price comparisons while in other stores very easy. Simply scan the bar code of the item you want to price. Finding items while in Wegmans is easy with this and I can use their public wifi and not burn my data. App is also loaded on husbands phone. If I need some things at the store, I load or scan the bar codes and the app directs him to the right aisle, right item and right size.

I moved away from the Northeast so unfortunately I dont shop at Wegmans but I use this app when I go to Safeway or QFC or Albertsons or any of the other ridiculously priced grocery stores that use blatant price anchoring to fool you into thinking a three dollar item is a good deal marked off from their usual price of seven dollars down to five. I Scan it into my Wegmans app find out how much it should cost and then put it back on the shelf.

1. The prescription refill field for phone number entry should default to numbers, not letters. 2. Why do there need to be 3 fields (area code, exchange and last 4 digits? If that is necessary, then automatically jump to the next field once the previous field has been entered. 3. Can there be a pull-down list for current prescriptions to select the Rx by name rather than enter the 7 digit Rx number? 4. Can it default to my favorite pharmacy? (E.g., Leesburg)

I am disabled and depend on this app to help navigate the store as well as find foods for my restrictive diet that are not readily available or easily located if at all carried at my local Giant, Safeway, etc. Not to mention the app gives me an expectation of how much the final price will be. However, the past few attempts to build lists have failed. I have deleted previous lists. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing works. Id like to keep using the app as it is far more helpful than any other I have ever used.

There are problems with the "My Products" section of the app. The My Products area has problems loading "Recent Visits" and "Visits This Time Last Year" but has no problem loading "Frequently Purchased". I have tried everything from logging in and out of the app to deleting and reinstalling the app but the issues persist.

As usual, Wegmans nails it. For a grocery store app, I am very impressed. Even keeps track of items you have bought in the past, and tell you what aisle. Keeps track of your total price of purchase, let you pick specific items and tells you the cost as well as whether its in stock.

Upon initial use of the app, it logs me out. When I attempted to login again, a pop up states my account doesnt exist. I created another account only to get the same pop up message. Very frustrating.

My wife and I build a common list with her account, then move through the store separately, gathering the items. My biggest complaint is that when one of us crosses an item off the list, it isnt reflected on the others device. This means that when we rendezvous, we usually have a few common items because we didnt know the other had already been to that aisle a few minutes earlier. Also, the Recent Visits function (under Products) should give a time frame option (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.) then list in detail the products purchased in that time frame. The current method of listing the dates/time and having me guess at which day I bought something is *painful*. We visit Wegmans at least once a week but sometimes three times a week so there are several dozen dates listed. Id prefer to scroll through a broad product list filtered by a date range than have to keep guessing at the exact date last fall that I bought that obscure product whose name escapes me. Finally, when building the list on our devices, it should refresh more frequently. I can force refresh it by closing the app, shutting it down (double-click the home button and swipe up), and then reopen it. Way too cumbersome. How about a refresh button that pushes (or pulls) the latest changes to all devices currently logged into that user account?

This is a great app when it works... However, at times you will add items to your list that mysteriously vanish when you close the app. This doesnt happen all the time but is very frustrating when you make a list, head to the store, open the list, and find if missing everything you added...

I really like this app. It would be nice if Apple Pay and my Shoppers Club card would work like its supposed to.... Please fix this?

I love this app - when it works! Quite often it wont search or let me delete. Its so frustrating! I hope there is a new release soon that fixes these issues.
