Prescription refill fields

1. The prescription refill field for phone number entry should default to numbers, not letters.
2. Why do there need to be 3 fields (area code, exchange and last 4 digits? If that is necessary, then automatically jump to the next field once the previous field has been entered.
3. Can there be a pull-down list for current prescriptions to select the Rx by name rather than enter the 7 digit Rx number?
4. Can it default to my favorite pharmacy? (E.g., Leesburg)
