What have you done, not listened to your customer base, that’s for sure! Did you beta test the latest version of your app and website, I suspect not.

Why do I have to constantly have to log in?

What can’t I print from the iPad?

Why have you removed the options to print a list without photos?

What have you done to the search engine, it’s awful.

This list could go on and on, but I’m off to Trader Joe’s…
